Sign in, open an event they have access to, search for their own photos, rate images and download them when the event plan allows.
Evgenix event galleries are for signed-in accounts that the event photographer has approved. An event ID helps you find the gallery, but photographer-granted access is what lets you view it.

Event galleries are behind account sign-in. Guests and photographers can register; administrator access is managed separately by the platform.
The event ID helps you locate the right gallery. It is not a password and does not, by itself, grant permission to view event photos.
The event photographer controls which guest and photographer accounts can enter the gallery, and can change that access later.
Once access is active, submit a clear selfie to search for your photos. Search limits and download charges or included downloads follow the plan selected for that event.
